To each of you who have been and will be integral to the Aitz Hayim opportunity, let’s begin to secure Aitz Hayim’s future. Renew your membership today by completing the form below.

High Holiday services begin on September 22nd and will be at The Highland Park Community House, 1991 N. Sheridan Road, Highland Park and on Zoom. You will receive your High Holiday tickets prior to High Holiday services.

Suggested annual membership fees are $2,500 per couple or $1,250 per individual adult and include tickets and Zoom access to all High Holiday services.

How you pay your dues determines how much Aitz Hayim has to spend. By using a check, we avoid the high service fees from credit cards or PayPal.
